Welcome to Bea Arthur Dog Park located on the banks of the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia, home to the Navy's largest Atlantic fleet. Come out and bring the dog and have fun.

Norfolk Virginia Park Ordinances

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, amplified sound, defacing public property, fireworks, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, fires, fishing, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, remote control aircraft, swimming.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
