Welcome to Ethel Bailey Furman Park located in downtown Richmond, Virginia. This park is named after the first African American woman to practice a career in architecture in the State of Virginia. It's amenities include two full basketball courts, two tennis courts, a ball diamond, and more.

When visiting any park in Richmond, Virginia it is important to know the rules.
*All parks are open from dawn until dusk unless otherwise posted.
*The following are all prohibited, glass objects, alcohol, golfing, archery.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. And with the exception of service animals dogs are only allowed at the following parks; Byrd Park, Chimborazoo Dog Park, Barker Field Dog Park, Forest Hill Park.
*All fires are restricted to fire pits and picnic grills.
*Please respect all park property including trees, bushes, benches, athletic amenities, etc.
*The following require special permits, stages, amplified sound, tents, conducting of sales, etc.
