Welcome to Summer Hill Playground located in Richmond, Virginia next door to the Summer Hill/Ruffin Road Elementary School. This community park is almost three acres in size and has a ball diamond and a playground for the kids. So whether or not Richmond is your home come out and hit some home runs!
When visiting any park in Richmond, Virginia it is important to know the rules.
*All parks are open from dawn until dusk unless otherwise posted.
*The following are all prohibited, glass objects, alcohol, golfing, archery.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. And with the exception of service animals dogs are only allowed at the following parks; Byrd Park, Chimborazoo Dog Park, Barker Field Dog Park, Forest Hill Park.
*All fires are restricted to fire pits and picnic grills.
*Please respect all park property including trees, bushes, benches, athletic amenities, etc.
*The following require special permits, stages, amplified sound, tents, conducting of sales, etc.
