Welcome to Yancey Street Playground located in Richmond, Virginia just northeast of the Barton Heights Cemetery. This small community park is just over half an acre in size and has one of the highest ranked tot lots in the City of Richmond. So if you are a resident of Richmond, Virginia or are just in town visiting and you have small kids, bring them out to have some fun.
When visiting any park in Richmond, Virginia it is important to know the rules.
*All parks are open from dawn until dusk unless otherwise posted.
*The following are all prohibited, glass objects, alcohol, golfing, archery.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. And with the exception of service animals dogs are only allowed at the following parks; Byrd Park, Chimborazoo Dog Park, Barker Field Dog Park, Forest Hill Park.
*All fires are restricted to fire pits and picnic grills.
*Please respect all park property including trees, bushes, benches, athletic amenities, etc.
*The following require special permits, stages, amplified sound, tents, conducting of sales, etc.
