Fisher Scott Memorial Pines Natural Area



Welcome to Fisher Scott Memorial Pines Natural Area. This preserve was first established in 1975 and helps protect one of the state's best large diameter white pine stands. About a year after it was established it became a National Natural Landmark.

When visiting any State Park or State Forest in Vermont Please respect the rules.

*The following are prohibited; feeding of wildlife, littering, chainsaws, 

*The following require special permits; posting of bills, removal of plants or earth material.

*Glass objects are not allowed in pools or swimming areas.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, metal detecting, swimming, camping.

*Children aged 14 and under must be supervised by adults.

*All pets must be leashed no longer than 10 feet and waste removed.
