Welcome to Vermont's first State Park, the magnificent Mount Philo State Park located near Charlotte. The summit of Mount Philo is about as high above sea level as the top of the Eiffel Tower is above the streets of Paris, approximately 970 feet. This park was first established in 1924 and it's lodge was built in the 1930's and has an 80 person capacity and can be rented out for parties and other events. The views of the valley as well as the nearby Adirondack Mountains are amazing.
