Welcome to Kirchner Woods Nature Preserve outside of Stowe, Vermont. The Stowe Land Trust first purchased this land in 2009 from it's previous owner Gerald J. Kirchner. The lowest point of this northern hardwood forest preserve is 1,280 feet ASL and the highest point is at 1,580 feet ASL giving the visitor a great view of the Green Mountains.
