Fairfax Park is a beautiful nature preserve located on the edge of the much larger Mount Rainier National Park in Carbonado, Washington. While hiking the trails one may see black tailed deer, bald eagles, spotted owls, and many others. Come out and explore.

When visiting any Pierce County Parks please respect the rules.
*Please use parks only during designated hours.
*All animals must be leashed no longer than eight feet and waste removed.
*Camping, metal-detecting, and swimming are only allowed in designated areas
*Alcoholic beverages and weapons are prohibited in the parks.
*Open burning is prohibited, please keep all fires in the picnic grills.
*Playing loud music is prohibited, please use headphones.
