Welcome to the Colville National Forest! This spectacular gem is located in northeastern Washington and includes the Kettle River, Selkirk mountain ranges, and the upper reaches of the Columbia River. Many of the forests valleys were carved out by glacial retreat over 10,000 years ago.
Wildlife: Colville National Forest helps protect the home of numerous wild animals including grizzly bears, black bears, mountain lions, caribou, and bald eagles. Please treat their home with respect.
