Welcome to Washington's unique and beautiful Lime Kiln Point State Park located on the western end of San Juan Island. The main feature of this park is it's world class whale-watching opportunities which draw so many people here. The park's lighthouse was first built in 1919 and still helps guide ships today. The park got it's name because in the mid-19th century a limestone quarry was operated here for about 60 years. The park was first established in 1984.
