Welcome to one of Wisconsin's oldest State Park's the beautiful Wyalusing State Park located at the confluence of the Wisconsin and Mississippi Rivers on a hill that rises nearly 500 feet.

History: Some of the park's more unique features include it's Native American burial grounds. Evidence suggests that the first people arrived here about 12,000 years ago and in more recent times the Hopewell tribe built the mounds. Some of the first white settlers to the region included fur traders and in time people began mining the land for it's lead resources. In 1917 the land finally became a state park and the Civilian Conservation Corps helped construct many of it's amenities.

Trails: Wyalusing State Park has over 14 miles of hiking trails of various difficulty levels.
