Welcome to Lake Wissota State Park located near Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. This park's location on a lake that is over 6,000 acres in size makes it a very popular spot for aquatic recreation. In the summer people can swim on the 285 foot swimming beach or spend a day on the lake fishing or water-skiing. This is the lake in which Titanic's Jack Dawson took a plunge while ice-fishing as a kid (RecPlanet Joke).

58 of the park's campsites have electricity. To contact the office please call 715-382-4574.

This was RecPlanet place of the day on May 1, 2016.
