Welcome to High Cliff State Park in Sherwood, Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Winnebago. The human history of this park goes back thousands of years when the first Native Americans settled in the region. The Siouan tribe built effigy mounds on this land between 1500 and 1000 years ago. From the late 19th until the mid 20th century this land was operated as a limestone quarry. In 1956 the State of Wisconsin purchased the land and established High Cliff State Park.

The park has 112 campsites including 32 with electricity. Some of the other features include four boat ramps, a sand volleyball court, and much more. To contact the park office please call 920-989-1106.
