Welcome to California's magnificent Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park, a place where the redwoods meet the ocean. This park was first established in 1927 and protects over 8 miles of coastline. About half of the park is old growth forest. There are many miles of scenic trails here just waiting to be explored including a section of California's 1,200 mile long coastal trail.

DANGER! The beaches in this park are a good place for a nice stroll but cold water, rough seas, and rocky conditions have made this beach a no-swim zone.
