Welcome to Blodgett Peak Open Space located in Colorado Springs. This park was once part of the Blodgett Ranch until it was purchased by the City of Colorado Springs in 2001 with the aid of organizations such as Citizens of Colorado Springs, Great Outdoors Colorado, and others.

This magnificent park boasts many rock formations including Pierre Shale and Manitou Limestone. Some of the plants that grow inside this park include scrub oaks, Douglas firs, and Ponderosa pines. Some of the wild animals who call this place home include squirrels, raccoons, and peregrine falcons. Please treat their home with respect.
