The Juniper Springs Recreation Area is part of the Ocala National Forest and boasts gorgeous canoeing opportunities along Juniper Run through the Juniper Springs Wilderness Area. As the founder of RecPlanet I will tell you about my personal experience. I took my first trip down Juniper Run with my parents and brother in April 1995 and we had an absolute blast. I took two additional trips on it in April and December of 1999. It is awesome!
