Welcome to Usha Park in Dubuque, Iowa just a couple of blocks west of Stephen Hempstead High School. This park has an open multipurpose field and a playground.

When visiting any park in the City of Dubuque please respect the rules.

*The following are all prohibited; throwing dangerous projectiles, posting of signs, dumping, littering, weapons, fireworks.

*Conducting of sales requires special permit.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all traffic laws.

*All burning is restricted to grills.

*Except in certain designated areas, consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*Please use parks only during posted hours.
