Welcome to Beardsley Park located in Champaign, Illinois near the intersection of Eureka Street and Walnut Street. This small park was generously donated to the City of Champaign in 1874 by Harry Shivers and George Beardsley.

When visiting any Park in Champaign, Illinois it is important to know the park rules.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. Pet waste helps spread disease.

*Alcohol is not allowed in the parks.

*All vehicles must remain in designated areas.

*Please enjoy the parks only during the hours posted.

*All burning is restricted to picnic grills.

*All vandals will be prosecuted and charged for property damage.

*Groups larger than 25 people must get special permit. If the group is planning a big event such a concert or fundraiser then the permit may cost money. Insurance may be required. For more info please call 217-398-2591

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of Illinois, and United States statutes. Come out and have fun.
