Welcome to Chicago's Wendt Playlot Park located in the Lakeview community. This was one of many urban playground to be established in order to meet growing recreational needs after World War II. The park was first established in 1952 and renamed over three decades later after Cook County Circuit Court Judge Kenneth Wendt. Come out and bring the kids to the playground and have fun.
