The South Open Space Reserve is an undeveloped natural park in El Paso. It has no developed facilities.
When Visiting any park in the City of El Paso please respect the following rules.
*All parks open at 6am and close at 10pm.
*The following are all prohibited; defacing of public property, alcoholic beverages, glass objects, littering, camping.
*The following activities require special permit; Sales of any kind, public announcements.
*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas.
*Use of all projectiles is disallowed this includes but is not limited to; golf balls, bullets, rocks, etc.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*Please respect these rules as well as all State of Texas and United States statutes. Come out and have fun.
