Fairview Park was first established in the late 1960's and has long since been a popular neighborhood park in Anchorage. It's two full basketball courts are lighted so that people can continue to shoot hoops after the sun sets. The multipurpose field is commonly used for soccer but is also wide enough to where people can fly kites on windy days.
