Welcome to Alaska's beautiful Mendenhall Wetland's State Game Refuge located just outside of Juneau. This nine mile long preserve helps protect habitat of migratory birds and many other creatures. It's landscape was carved out by glacial retreat many years ago. Many anglers come here for miles around for awesome trout and salmon catches.
