Welcome to Chewacla State Park in Auburn, Alabama just off of Interstate 85. This nearly 700 acre park is a place where many Montgomery residents come to escape the stresses of city life. The stone cottages that were built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930's are still standing today and can be rented out for parties and other events. The lake is filled with catfish, crappie, bream, and bass.

Camping: 36 of the campsites at Chewacla State Park have electricity and water. Come out adn stay a few nights.
