Welcome to Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Birmingham, Alabama. This urban playground, like many parks across the nation was named for Martin Luther King Jr. the great Civil Rights Leader who was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1929 and died in Memphis, Tennessee in 1968.

The 2 tennis courts are lighted.
