Welcome to John Bell Jr. Park located on the banks of the Arkansas River in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Come out and explore the paved multipurpose Greg Smith Riverfront Trail, fly a kite on the field, play some soccer, and bring the kids to the ADA accessible playground.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at dusk.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, swimming.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of Arkansas and United States statutes.
