Arkansas
Rex Hancock Black Swamp Wildlife Management Area is a natural park and wetland preserve in Arkansas. The first parcels of land were purchased in 1971 and many additional purchases have expanded it over the years. It was initially titled just Black Swamp but in 1981 the name Rex Hancock was added in order to honor a man who did lots of work for the DNR.
