Welcome to Sweetwater Wetlands Park in Tucson, Arizona. This park is both an urban wastewater treatment facility and nature preserve. It's a popular field trip destination for local school kids. Come out and explore 2.5 miles of hiking trails. Dogs are prohibited at this preserve.

Tucson Arizona Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all Tucson Parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:30 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, swimming.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.

*All persons ages 6 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.
