Welcome to one of the larger and more active parks in Covina, California, the wonderful Kahler Russell Park. The two tennis courts and the roller hockey rink are lighted so people can play after dark, but sadly the other athletic facilities are not lighted.

Covina California Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages, defacing public property, disorderly conduct, golfing, harming of wildlife, illegal drugs, littering, nudity, smoking.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, bicycles, fires, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, remote control aircraft, skating, swimming.

*The following require special permits; amplified sound, metal detectors, overnight camping, sales.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
