Welcome to the Delevan National Wildlife Refuge nestled in the Sacramento Valley of northern California. Hundreds of thousands of migratory birds rest here each winter and this refuge helps protect the remaining 5% of the valley's wetlands.

 

Wildlife: Delevan National Wildlife Refuge helps protect the home of numerous wild critters including peregrine falcons, bald eagles, blackbirds, herons, giant garter snakes, muskrats, beavers, deer, and many others. Please treat their home with respect.
