Welcome to Rio Vista Park located in downtown El Monte, California. This small urban playground has scattered picnic tables and a playground for the kids. Come out and bring a packed lunch and bring the kids.

El Monte Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except on special occasions), defacing public property, golfing, harming of wildlife, kite-flying, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*The following require special permits; sales, solicitations.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
