La Habra's Portola Park was first established in 1975. What was once an operating stadium has long since been converted into a Children's Museum. The museum as well as the day care services make this a very popular park with the local kids. But it also has something for the adults, the La Habra Tennis Center with a dozen lighted courts so people can play at night. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking.
This park was RecPlanet place of the day on December 23, 2014.
