Welcome to Hart Park in Orange, California, a suburb of Los Angeles. This park was first established in 1933. The two volleyball courts are sand courts and all the athletic facilities are lighted so people can play at night.

Orange California Park Ordinances

*All parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are all prohibited; alcoholic beverages, camping, defacing of public property, fireworks, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*The following require special permits; sales, solicitations, weddings.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
