Welcome to Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Pomona, California. This suburban playground is named for the great Civil Rights activist who was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1929 and died in Memphis, Tennessee in 1968. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking.

Pomona Park Rules

*The following are all prohibited in all city parks; consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, the playing of loud music, golfing, littering.

*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*If a group of 75 people or more wishes to use one of the park facilities a special permit must be obtained.
