Santa Cruz, California

Welcome to California's coastal, beautiful, and historic Wilder Ranch State Park.

Park History: This was once an operating dairy farm and ranch owned by the Wilder Family for almost a century from 1871 until 1969. Long before that it was occupied by the Ohlone Native American tribe. In the 1970's the land almost became residential units by the local citizens fought to preserve it.
