Welcome to Whittier Narrows Nature Center, a natural park located on the banks of the San Gabriel River in South El Monte, California, a suburb of Los Angeles, the City of Angels. This Riparian Woodland preserve has miles of trails as well as four lakes and is very popular for bird-watching. Some of the trails are ADA accessible. This place is also a popular field trip destination for local school children.
