Welcome to the beautiful Lookout Park located along California's Pacific Coast in Summerland. A man named H.L. Williams once owned this land in the 19th century but ended up giving it to the county for future recreational use. For well over a century it has served it's purpose with it's picnic area with grills, beach access, and beautiful scenery. To reserve the park's picnic shelters please call 805-568-2465. Both shelters have a 25 person capacity and can be rented out for a price of $65 but keep in mind prices are subject to change. 

Santa Barbara County Park Ordinances

*Defacing of public property including buildings, fenches, athletic facilities, trees, etc, is strictly forbidden.

*All parks open at 8 a.m. and close at sunset.

*The following activities require special permits; soliciting, selling alcoholic beverages.

*All campfires are restricted to fire rings.

*Do not harm any plants or animals.

*Help keep these places clean by putting trash in it's proper place. No littering!

*The following are all prohibited; fireworks, overnight camping, narcotics, weapons.
