Welcome to Veterans Memorial Park in Sylmar, California. This park was once the site of the old Veteran's Hospital which operated for about 30 years before it was destroyed in an earthquake in 1971. After the earthquake damage it became a county park. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking. Come out and try your luck at the disc-golf course.
