Welcome to Walteria Park in Torrance, California, a suburb of Los Angeles, the City of Angels. Once the site of a celery field this place first became a park in 1964 after being owned by the city for 20 years.

Torrance California Park Rules

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except during special events), defacing public property, disorderly conduct, littering, smoking.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, skating, swimming.

*All persons ages 8 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.
