Welcome to O'Neill Regional Park, a forested oasis nestled in the beautiful Live Oak and Trabuco Canyons in Orange County, California.

Park History: Over a period of many years this piece of land was operated as a ranch. One of the earliest owners was a Mexican by the name of Santiago Arguello who was granted the land by Governor Alvarado. One of the more recent owners was a man named Jerome O'Neill, for whom the park is named. In 1948 and 1963 the O'Neill family donated land to Orange County and the county purchased additional acreage in 1974, 1975, and 1982 and today the park is over 3,000 acres in size.

For the lover of the outdoors O'Neill Regional Park boasts campgrounds, hiking trails, a picnic shelter, and much more. Come on out and explore.
