Welcome to Lar Rieu Park in Walnut Creek, California. This park was first established in 1976 after the passing of the land's previous owner Miriam Lar Rieu and the land was bequeathed to the City of Walnut Creek. Come out for a great view of Mount Diablo

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, glass objects, golf, harming wildlife, littering, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, skating.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
