Founders Memorial Park

Welcome to Founders Memorial Park in Whittier, California, a suburb of Los Angeles, the City of Angels. What was once a small cemetery is now a small suburban green space. Come out and catch some sun.

Whitter California Park Rules

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages, amplified sound, defacing public property, disorderly conduct, harming of wildlife, littering, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, swimming.

*All persons ages 8 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.

*Skate parks require both helmets and pads.
