Welcome to the magnificent Penn Park located in Whittier, California, a suburb of Los Angeles. This neighborhood park is named after William Penn, the same person for whom the State of Pennsylvania is named. Some of this parks features include a shaded garden with man-made streams, a play structure for the kids, a sprayground for hot summer days, and 84 picnic tables. So come out and bring the kids, bring lunch, have some fun!
