Welcome to Lake Skinner Park, a reservoir of the Colorado River in Winchester, California. Each year this 1,400 acre reservoir is home to a solar boating event. The reservoir itself was first created in 1973. Boats can be rented at the park's arena but people are not allowed to go swimming in the lake.
