Welcome to Foothill Regional Park located in Windsor, California. This park is open seven days a week from dawn until dusk and dogs are allowed on leashes 6 feet and shorter. There are three lakes inside that park that allow for fishing but not for swimming. There are also multipurpose trails within the park so come on out and have fun.
