Welcome to the beautiful Van Bibber Park located in the Rocky Mountain foothills of Arvada, Colorado. This park has a bit of Arvada History in it. The soils inside the land that is now this park and the surrounding lands are what drew many farmers to the farming community of Arvada in the mid 19th century. Many crops were grown in these soils including oats, wheat, and strawberries. Today hikers and cyclists utilize this parks paved multipurpose 1.5 mile trail. This park also offers magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains to the west. It's natural wetland habitat gives home to numerous turtles, insects, frogs, and many others. Come out and explore!
