Welcome to Lone Mesa State Park located near Dolores, Colorado.

Flora and Fauna: Lone Mesa State Park, ranging in elevation from 7,000 to 9,000 feet ASL helps protect the home of numerous plant and animals species. Some of the plants that grow inside the park boundaries include Douglas firs, Ponderosa pines, and Gambel oaks. Some of the wild animals who call this place home include wild turkeys and coyotes. Please treat their home with respect.

For the lover of the outdoors this park boasts over 11 miles of trails and so much more. Come on out and explore!
