Welcome to Connecticut's largest State Forest, the beautiful Pachaug State Forest located outside of Griswold and near Hopewell Pond State Park. The Land and Water Conservation Fund helped the State of Connecticut purchase this land and the forest is divided into two units, the Green Falls Area and the Chapman Area. Come out and explore miles of multipurpose trails for all seasons.
