Welcome to Alsop Property Open Space located on the banks of the Mattabesset River in Middletown, Connecticut. This place protects over 15 acres of riverbanks.

Middletown Park Ordinances

*All parks open at 8:00 a.m. and close at sunset.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages, defacing public property, harming plants or animals, weapons, horseback riding, rock climbing, gambling.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, organized athletic play, bicycles, swimming.

*All dogs must be leashed.
