Welcome to Dennis Hill State Park. This land was once owned by a noteworthy New York surgeon named Dr. Frederick Dennis who generously donated the land to the State of Connecticut in 1935. One of the park's more notable features is the pavilion located at the summit of Dennis Hill at an elevation of 1,627 feet above sea level. On a clear day the visitor can see the mountains of Vermont and New Hampshire. Come on out and explore!
