Putnam Memorial State Park

Welcome to Putnam Memorial State Park located in Redding, Connecticut. This park was the site of the encampment for Revolutionary War General Israel Putnam of the Continental Army and was named for General Putnam. To this day the visitor can still see many remnants of war history inside the park. Other activities in the park include ice-skating in the winter and more. Come on out and have fun!
